Services & Fees
Cleaning Fee : $175
We want you to enjoy yourself and not worry about cleaning! Leave that to us.
Security deposit for damage : $200
We are sure nothing will happen but just for both of our protections, we charge a security deposit attached to the cleaning fee. Once you vacate, we will be in within 2 days and if everything is as it should be, your deposit will be sent by Zelle for automatic payment.
IF you do not have Zelle, we will figure out together a secure way for you to receive your deposit back.
By booking a stay, you have agreed to the terms and fees stated above.
Rules & Regulations

Absolutely NO schedule 1, 2, or 3 controlled substances allowed unless there is a verified prescription

Do not steal or damage any items or structures on the property

If there is an emergency dial 911 then contact us when it is safe to do so

No loud/obnoxious parties or activities

Do not tamper with the fire safety equipment

Lock all doors if vacating the premises for any reason

The property boarders an ACTIVE RIVER THAT FLOWS AT VARIOUS SPEEDS so please do not leave children under 18 unattended
